🔒 Discreet Packaging

We prioritize your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or envelopes with no indication of the contents or the nature of our shop on the exterior packaging. The sender name on the label will also be discreet.

🌐 Tracking Information

Once your order has been processed and shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Please note that it may take 24–48 hours for the tracking updates to be fully visible and active in the carrier's system.

💰 Taxes & Duties

The recipient is responsible for any and all customs duties, VAT (Value Added Tax), tariffs, or import fees imposed by the destination country's government.

🚨 Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if it does not arrive within 7 days following the end of the estimated transit timeframe (e.g., if standard shipping exceeds 22 business days), please contact us immediately.

Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be reported to our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date for us to file a claim with the carrier.
